Have you read your store bought salad dressing labels lately? Sooo, unnatural. I have here higher protein blue cheese dressing and a green goddess dressing make with fresh herbs. It takes your salads to the next level of taste and nutrition. Using cottage cheese and Greek yogurt makes them less calories as well. #personslchef #realfood #healthylifestyle

I feel that salad platters are as much fun to create a charcuterie boards. This one has capers, smoked salmon, lots of nuts and seeds, garden, cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh corn, I even grew the sprouts in my kitchen. Hard boiled eggs, perfectly cooked and a homemade Caesar dressing to go with it. #saladplatter #personalchef #healthylifestyle
