Meals and items I’ve made lately. The fresh rolls and pozole were the favorite! I used pork ribs as the meat for the pozole, mainly because of the bones for flavor and I have to say it turned out excellent! My food is as natural as I can make it and the flavor is better than most restaurants. Fresh, unsprayed shrimp I had flown with fresh mango and pineapple salsa! One of my favorite things to cook and eat. The shrimp are so much sweeter and more tender than store bought and no preservatives or sodium solution . I would love to cook it for you . #dalhart #yumsofresh #seafood #mexicanfood #naturalfood

My husband is German and these are German cabbage burgers. I will be making some this weekend for Father’s Day. It’s a family favorite. They’re absolutely delicious and they’re always best with homemade bread grass fed or Wagyu beef and fresh cabbage, and onions.

I baked a triple berry rhubarb pie yesterday on our outdoor Weber grill. Did you know your outdoor grill can be used just like an oven? Heat only half of the grill and put the food on the half of the grill without heat. I got the grill up to 350ish and baked for an hour or so. I’ve used the grill to bake bread, angel food cakes, just about any type of food you can use your grill as an oven! So on this 100 degree day today, use your grill to keep your house cool. #yumsofresh #personslchef #dalhart

Life’s to short for low grade cocktails! My strawberry lemon limeade is delicious! I use monk fruit so it’s low in sugar, dried strawberries punch a huge flavor punch instead of fresh or frozen. Mixing both lemon and limes gives a more balanced flavor . #personslchef #yumsofresh #healthylifestyle #healthycocktails

Love homemade blue cheese dressing! This recipe I used no mayo, instead I went high protein and less fat with Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. I love the addition of the cottage cheese. It gives the dressing a richer texture. Blue cheese crumbles, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup butter milk, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, couple splashes of Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, fresh parsley.
